Relativity Space is building rockets, specifically the Terran R vehicle, to deliver customer payloads to orbit and meet growing demand for launch capacity. The Stennis Test team designs, builds, and operates propulsion and stage test stands—large-scale, complex systems including fully integrated engines and stage assemblies. As Production Coordinator II, you'll be a critical operational role supporting this fast-paced, hands-on environment.
Your responsibilities include ensuring accurate tracking and delivery of parts, kits, and assemblies from inventory to propulsion technicians across multiple workcenters. You'll fill and maintain floor stock for common parts, tooling, and consumables, and provide feedback on work instructions and Bills of Materials to ensure accuracy for flight-critical components. You'll establish new part flows for workcenters, apply consistent standards locally and company-wide, and work closely with engineering, technicians, inventory, and planning teams to resolve part shortages, improve efficiency, and minimize delays.
This role is ideal for someone with 2+ years of production coordination or similar experience, plus 2+ years using ERP, MES, and/or WMS software. You thrive in dynamic, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities and bring a collaborative mindset. The Stennis Test team is close-knit and highly operational—collaboration between technicians, operators, and engineers is expected and encouraged. As Relativity scales, this team becomes even more critical to proving out full-stage systems and enabling routine, reliable flights of Terran R. You'll have autonomy and ownership, solving problems that haven't been solved before and seeing your work come to life in record time.
