Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, reaching over 300 million people monthly across 55+ countries. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to cultural experiences.
As Product Training Specialist, you'll own how partners and internal teams learn the Fever product. You'll be responsible for creating clear, engaging, self-serve training content that raises the bar on product education quality.
Key responsibilities:
- Build and maintain the Fever Help Center and tutorial video library, scripting and producing walkthroughs for every feature
- Run on-demand product trainings for new hires in Partner Management and Business Development teams
- Design and implement repeatable training programs addressing common partner inquiries
- Train internal "go-to trainers" within each team to scale training capacity
- Coordinate content localization with the Translation team, ensuring consistency across languages
- Leverage AI tools daily to produce scripts, articles, and training decks efficiently
You'll work cross-functionally with Product and Product Marketing teams, translating their briefs into high-quality educational content. The role combines content creation, video production, live facilitation, and knowledge management.
Required qualifications:
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Proficiency with AI tools for content production
- Experience in or exposure to B2B SaaS (internships count)
- Background in technical content creation, documentation, customer education, or training
- Strong presentation and public-speaking skills for live trainings
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- High ownership mindset and hands-on approach
Preferred qualifications:
- Zendesk or similar knowledge-base/CMS platform experience
- Customer-facing educational content or tutorial video production experience
- Video creation and editing skills (Camtasia or similar)
- Spanish or other language proficiency
- Familiarity with marketplaces or live events/ticketing space
- Comfort thriving in fast-paced tech environments
