Salary: PLN 106,000 - 180,000 / annual
Veeva Systems is seeking a Product Support Engineer to join its growing Product Support team in Poland. You will provide technical support for Veeva's Industry Cloud platform serving life sciences companies, working with customers, internal stakeholders (Consulting, Sales Engineering), and cross-functional teams (Development, QA) to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex product issues.
In this role, you will:
- Provide global support for all issues related to the Veeva product suite
- Support client administrators across multiple organizations
- Troubleshoot critical production issues affecting end-users, including system unavailability and data integrity problems
- Handle technical inquiries regarding application capabilities, navigation, installation, and configuration
- Coordinate support for new releases and configuration changes into production
- Gather information, conduct research, set up test environments, replicate issues locally, and propose resolutions or workarounds
- Serve as a client-facing representative of Development and Product teams
- Document new processes and maintain existing documentation and tools
- Interface with engineering, product management, and professional services as needed
- Attend daily meetings and provide status updates
- Optional on-call responsibilities for weekend coverage
This is a full-time position with business hours 9–18 (including one-hour unpaid lunch break). You must be based and eligible for employment in Poland; Veeva does not provide visa/permit sponsorship. This is a Contract of Employment with Veeva Systems Poland sp. z o.o., not a B2B contract.

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in 2nd- or 3rd-line product support positions
- Desire to learn new soft and technical skills
- Experience working closely with Development and Technical Operations teams
- Ability to diagnose and use industry-standard tools and techniques (e.g., FTP, Postman, AWS Tools)
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal
- Analytical mindset with natural problem-solving and hands-on approach
Nice to Have:
- Understanding of Java, SSO, SQL, HTML
- Knowledge of Zendesk, Jira, and Confluence
