Salary: USD 155,000 - 205,000 / annual
Wiz, one of the fastest-growing software companies ever and now powered by Google, is seeking a Product Strategy & Operations Lead to drive the Google Cloud Security product line and oversee the integration of Wiz post-acquisition. This is a strategic, operational, and managerial role with broad independence and direct reporting to senior leadership.
You will serve as the operational authority for the Google Cloud Security product portfolio, managing cross-functional teams across Engineering, Product, Finance, Legal, Marketing, and People Operations. Key responsibilities include:
**Functional Governance & Operations:** Direct the operational framework for Google Cloud Security products, working with finance, people partners, and cross-functional leadership to set targets and ensure smooth operations globally.
**Financial Ownership & Budget Management:** Own allocation, forecasting, and approval of project budgets, Travel & Entertainment, and events. Lead vendor spend processes using Google finance systems (Buying Hub, Concur, Sphinx, Legal, Finance).
**Cross-Functional Leadership:** Eliminate bottlenecks and streamline workflows across all business functions. Serve as executive proxy for the Head of Cyber Defence Strategy, exercising decision-making authority and resolving cross-team conflicts.
**Executive Communications:** Formulate and execute top-level communications, strategic narratives, briefing materials, and presentations for internal leadership, global teams, and external stakeholders.
**AI Implementation:** Set and execute organizational plans to implement innovative AI technologies, establish adoption targets, drive user training, and ensure ROI for AI investments.
**Event & Delegation Management:** Direct end-to-end strategy, content, logistics, and execution for major leadership summits, executive visits, international delegations, offsites, and ecosystem events.

**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy consulting, chief of staff, or program management in high-growth technology or cloud organizations
- Experience managing executive-level communications, operational frameworks (e.g., OKRs), and complex stakeholder alignment across technical and business functions
- Experience managing operational budgets, vendor procurement, and resource planning
**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Master's degree, MBA, or advanced technical degree
- Experience in cybersecurity, cloud infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS, including post-merger integration (M&A) or joint business initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to operationalize and drive adoption of AI/ML tools to boost organizational velocity
- Proven track record of navigating ambiguity and influencing cross-functional leaders without formal authority
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with extensive experience presenting to C-level executives
