EliseAI is an AI-powered platform improving housing and healthcare by integrating AI agents into existing workflows. The company recently raised a $250M Series E round led by Andreessen Horowitz and is scaling rapidly across multiple verticals.
As a Senior Associate on the New Verticals team, you will support the identification, incubation, launch, and scaling of new products and market opportunities from "zero to one" and "one to ten." You will be a core contributor to strategic analyses, direct client engagement, project management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support execution and scaling of new products by coordinating cross-functional efforts across Product, Engineering, GTM, Operations, and Customer Success teams; track progress and manage key deliverables
- Work directly with clients to analyze workflows and goals, supporting successful product launch and adoption
- Monitor product performance, customer feedback, and market dynamics to drive product feature development and GTM success
- Assist in developing GTM strategies including segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch planning
- Create and manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
- Track progress against success metrics and ensure growth and adoption of new product lines

Requirements:
- 1–4 years of experience in consulting, corporate strategy, product management, or similar roles in technology or high-growth environments
- High performance ranking/marks in previous jobs
- Strong analytical skills; ability to leverage data and market insights to support strategic decision-making
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; capable of collaborating effectively across diverse teams
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in fast-paced, dynamic settings
- Demonstrable ability to take ownership and accountability
- Evidence of entrepreneurial mindset
- Willingness to work in person at the office 4–5 days per week
