EliseAI is a venture-backed AI company (Series E, $250M raised) focused on improving housing and healthcare through agentic AI integrated into existing workflows. The company operates in two verticals: housing (apartment touring, lease signing, maintenance requests, tenant communication) and healthcare (appointment scheduling, intake forms, patient-provider communication). As Manager of Product Strategy and Operations for New Verticals, you will lead the exploration, development, and launch of new product opportunities and market expansions from zero to one. This is a strategic leadership role with significant scope and impact on company growth and market positioning. Key Responsibilities: **Product and Market Strategy:** Identify, evaluate, and launch new product opportunities through feasibility analyses, market research, and competitive assessments. Develop and own comprehensive go-to-market strategies covering market segmentation, positioning, pricing, and launch execution. Lead cross-functional teams across Product, Engineering, GTM, and Customer Success to align and execute product launches and expansions. Monitor market trends, customer feedback, and competitive dynamics to iterate and optimize strategies. **Strategic Project Leadership:** Develop and manage detailed project plans with clear timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and success metrics. Own accountability for product strategy outcomes and ensure project milestones are met. **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Partner with senior leadership, product managers, engineers, marketing, sales, and customer success teams to ensure cohesive execution. Provide strategic insights and recommendations to leadership based on analysis and market intelligence. Attract top-tier talent to the team. The company culture emphasizes moving fast, building at scale, full autonomy with no micromanagement, and high expectations. You will own your impact and have the opportunity to write playbooks rather than follow them. **Requirements:** - 5–7 years of experience in product strategy, product management, management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar roles within high-growth tech startups or established technology companies - Proven success in leading new product launches or entering new markets, with clear strategic vision and executional rigor - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset - Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills; able to align diverse teams and stakeholders - Autonomous and ownership-oriented; comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity in fast-paced environments - Relentless focus on execution and delivering tangible business outcomes - Willingness to work in-office 4–5 days per week
