Customers include Ramp, Notion, leading AI labs, and 5,000+ organizations from startups to Fortune 500 companies. You will be Juicebox's founding London-based Product Specialist, sitting at the heart of customer support and product quality. This is a hands-on role that combines technical troubleshooting with cross-functional collaboration. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to incoming support tickets and product questions via Pylon, Slack, and email - Investigate live issues, replicate bugs, and gather technical details to create well-scoped bug reports - Partner with engineering and product teams to coordinate resolution and track progress - Follow up with users once fixes or workarounds are implemented - Maintain clean documentation and support workflows using tools like Linear and Notion - Identify recurring themes in customer feedback and flag insights to product leadership - Balance fast response times with thoughtful root cause analysis - Coordinate across functions with speed and manage multiple priorities simultaneously You'll work directly with a VP of Customer Success who previously built leading CS organizations at Gong, Slack, and Zendesk. The foundation is strong—customers love the product, relationships are solid, and your opportunity is to help scale this into a world-class CS organization. Requirements: - 2–4+ years of experience in support engineering, product ops, customer success, customer experience, or customer support at a SaaS company - Clear and calm communicator with high empathy, especially when customers are blocked - Curious and scrappy mindset—you dig into bugs, run tests, and clarify edge cases - Ability to work well with fast context switching, speed, and multi-threaded priorities - Organized and proactive; comfortable coordinating across functions - Based in London or open to relocating (in-office 5 days/week) Nice to Haves: - Prior experience in AI, SaaS, or recruiting tech - Technical or product manager background - Experience with Pylon, Paraform, Linear, Notion, HubSpot, or PostHog - Ability to write internal documentation, create bug tickets, or support triage automation - Early-stage startup experience and comfort in fast-paced, scrappy, ambiguous environments
