The Product Security Engineer will be part of the Product Security team, reporting to the Head of Security. This role focuses on maintaining the security and privacy of users' sensitive mental health data—a critical responsibility given the nature of the platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Analyzing security vulnerabilities in web and mobile applications, determining risk levels, and driving remediations in collaboration with engineering teams
- Researching and reporting on potential security threats and emerging vulnerabilities
- Implementing automation to increase security across domains and reduce manual security work
- Working with engineers to securely release and maintain software, infrastructure, and the information security management system
- Continuously improving the company's security and compliance posture
- Supporting organization-wide visibility into privacy, security, and compliance commitments
The role is fully remote, based anywhere in the United States (excluding Hawaii).
