The Product Sales Officer manages critical order-to-cash and procure-to-pay processes in a fast-paced, project-based environment. This role is central to ensuring accurate and timely execution of sales orders, purchase orders, customer invoicing, vendor invoice management, and monthly rental billing across multiple concurrent projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end sales order processing with accuracy verification and alignment to project requirements
- Creation, tracking, and maintenance of purchase orders to meet project schedules
- Coordination with Supply Chain and Manufacturing teams to ensure product availability for shipment
- Multimodal shipment tracking and customer delivery status communication
- Accurate and timely customer invoice issuance, supporting project billing milestones and resolving discrepancies
- Vendor invoice review, validation, and processing with compliance verification and timely payment execution
- Monthly rental tracking, billing, and invoicing with accurate revenue recognition
- Cross-functional coordination with customers, suppliers, project teams, and transportation providers
- Proactive monitoring of order status, delivery performance, invoicing, rental billing, and vendor invoices
- ERP and order management system data maintenance and documentation
- Project execution support through logistics, order, procurement, and billing visibility to stakeholders
- Customs broker coordination for US customer goods clearance
- Tariff classification assistance and product coding improvements
- ERP process improvement recommendations
Requirements:
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, customer service, or order management within a project-based environment
- Strong understanding of sales order management, purchase order management, customer invoicing, vendor invoice processing, and rental billing
- SAP S/4HANA ERP experience is a plus
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail
