Tide is a fintech scale-up transforming small business banking across the UK, India, Germany, and France. With over 2 million members globally and $300M+ in funding, Tide provides SMEs with business accounts, invoicing, accounting, and related banking services designed to save time and money. As a Product Sales Executive in the Member Engagement Marketing (MEM) department, you will be at the frontline of Tide's growth in international markets. You'll engage directly with existing Tide members, understand their business needs, and recommend tailored fintech solutions to help them succeed. Key responsibilities: - Call and engage existing Tide members, building rapport and trust to uncover sales opportunities - Pitch, upsell, and cross-sell relevant Tide products and services to maximize member success and revenue growth - Stay ahead of upcoming product launches and help shape go-to-market strategies - Consistently achieve individual and team KPIs in a data-driven, performance-focused environment - Provide feedback on leads, scripts, and campaigns to improve sales effectiveness - Accurately log all interactions, feedback, and sales outcomes in CRM tools - Own ad-hoc projects supporting Tide's wider commercial growth Tide provides pre-qualified member data selected using behavioral insights, so you can focus on relationship-building and closing sales rather than lead generation. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven track record of hitting and exceeding revenue-based targets - Skilled in consultative sales with excellent negotiation, persuasion, and objection-handling abilities - Confident, energetic, and target-oriented with passion for helping businesses succeed - Strong English communication skills (C1 level preferred) with professional telephone manner - Adaptable and open to working UK-aligned hours from international locations - Comfortable using CRM tools (Kustomer or similar) and working in data-driven environments - Collaborative but able to own and deliver on personal KPIs - Curious about fintech, SME banking, and financial services Bonus: Previous financial services sales experience; understanding of UK business culture and SME customer behavior.
