The Product Partnership Manager will drive the partnership strategy to expand product capabilities and market opportunities. This role sits at the intersection of product, partnerships, and commercial execution, responsible for identifying high-impact partnership opportunities, shaping joint value propositions, and executing go-to-market motions with strategic partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying product proposition opportunities and partner candidates to bring them to market
- Researching and tracking high-impact banking technology challenges and complementary partner capabilities
- Creating narratives and collateral that articulate the "better together" story for customers
- Leading technical engagements with partners to ensure builds align with product roadmap
- Running workshops and demos with partners, demonstrating product evolution and direction
- Building go-to-market strategies and partnership plans with clear objectives and success metrics
- Managing partner relationships, identifying incentive programs, and ensuring alignment with Thought Machine's roadmap
Required qualifications:
- Strong technical understanding of core banking, payment processing, cloud service providers, and cloud-native architecture
- Ability to assess technical fit of partner solutions against complex engineering roadmaps
- Fluency speaking with both developers and C-suite executives
- Deep knowledge of regional banking landscape, competitors, macro-economic factors, and regulatory environment
- In-depth knowledge of ISV partner technologies, service offerings, and priorities
- Strong presentation skills for client and partner executives
- Excellent project management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to track market trends in technology and banking and relate them to product and customer needs
