As Product Partnership Manager based in Stockholm, you will own end-to-end technical partnerships that power and integrate with Lovable's product. This is a critical individual contributor role embedded with product and engineering teams. Your responsibilities include: - Source, negotiate, and manage a named portfolio of technical partnerships with leading technology companies (model providers, cloud/infrastructure platforms, developer tools, and integration services) - Structure and close complex technical and commercial agreements, working cross-functionally with product, engineering, legal, and finance teams - Deliver partner management through operating rhythms: business reviews, executive touchpoints, and escalation management - Define and execute joint go-to-market motions with partners (co-marketing, integration announcements) in collaboration with Lovable's GTM and marketing teams - Serve as the internal voice of partners: surface feedback, blockers, and opportunities that inform Lovable's roadmap - Influence Lovable's product and engineering roadmap in the best interests of users and the partner ecosystem Lovable is building from Stockholm with growing teams in London, Boston, New York, and San Francisco. The culture emphasizes extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years in product partnerships, platform partnerships, or business development at software, technology, or developer-tools companies - Commercial depth: experience structuring and closing complex technical and commercial agreements; ability to work cross-functionally with PM, engineering, legal, and finance - Technical credibility: while not required to be technical, must understand and articulate technology and hold your own with engineering teams - Relationship range: comfortable managing from working-level partner managers to C-level executives; strong internal collaborator, especially with product teams - Data-driven and high agency: define metrics, track them, drive prioritization, and determine partnership success - Nice to have: technical or product background (engineer, PM, or founder experience); experience with AI-native products, developer platforms, or integration ecosystems (APIs, webhooks, marketplace listings)
