Figma is seeking a Product Partner Manager to develop and execute partnership strategy across its expanding product suite, including Weave, CMS, Slides, and FigJam. This role sits within the Business Development & Partnerships team and focuses on building the ecosystem foundation to help new products reach entirely new user categories, particularly marketers and collaboration-focused teams.
Key responsibilities include: developing partnership strategy for key Figma products; identifying ecosystem needs and evaluating partnership opportunities in collaboration with product, research, marketing, and leadership; sourcing and building relationships with new partners to unlock new workflows and user personas; negotiating partner contracts and managing day-to-day relationship health; collaborating with product and engineering teams to scope and coordinate integrations; defining and tracking success metrics for partner workstreams; leading go-to-market motions for new integrations; and preparing executive briefings and partner meetings.
The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of business development, ecosystem partnerships, or strategic partner management experience with a proven track record of setting strategy and driving complex partnerships forward. Required skills include end-to-end deal leadership with negotiation experience, excellent written and verbal communication (both business and technical), strong analytical and organizational abilities, and demonstrated cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, marketing, research, operations, and legal teams.
Preferred qualifications include experience in the marketing technology ecosystem (automation platforms, analytics, CMS, form tools, social, DAMs) and a track record of owning a category or partner segment while building strategy with product leadership. This is a full-time role based in one of Figma's US hubs (San Francisco or New York) or remote within the United States.
