Revolut is seeking a Technical Product Owner to lead the crypto infrastructure and trading capabilities roadmap at global scale. This role sits at the intersection of fintech innovation and regulatory complexity, requiring someone who can translate sophisticated financial systems into scalable, secure customer experiences.
You will own the full product lifecycle for crypto features, defining requirements for secure and scalable systems while driving integration with third-party infrastructure including liquidity venues, custodians, and market data providers. Working cross-functionally with Engineering, Risk & Compliance, and Treasury teams, you'll build resilient features that incorporate real-time financial and regulatory logic.
Key responsibilities include: leading product strategy for crypto at global scale; defining technical product requirements; managing third-party integrations; collaborating across multiple internal teams to ensure compliance and resilience; using data and user research to optimize pricing, latency, and trading UX; and supporting readiness for new asset classes, geographies, and regulatory regimes.
You'll need 3+ years of product ownership or technical product management experience in fintech, crypto, or financial infrastructure. A solid understanding of backend architecture and financial systems is essential, along with experience delivering high-performance systems in regulated environments and familiarity with crypto or traditional trading mechanics. Strong collaboration skills, analytical thinking, and proficiency with structured data and system design discussions are critical.
Nice-to-have qualifications include experience with digital asset products in fintech/crypto, knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing cryptoassets, hands-on prototyping or user testing experience, and interest in behavioral design or gamified product mechanics.
