Mirakl is a marketplace operating system company founded in 2012, serving 450+ global marketplaces and 100k+ third-party sellers. The company combines enterprise marketplace solutions, AI-powered multichannel selling, retail media, and agentic commerce infrastructure. With 750+ employees across 9 offices worldwide and dual headquarters in Boston and Paris, Mirakl powers marketplace operations for brands like Macy's, Decathlon, Carrefour, and Airbus Helicopters. You'll join the Global Product organization reporting to the Chief Product Officer, owning the operating layer that transforms data, signals, and processes into sharper decisions, faster execution, and a trusted roadmap across the organization. Key responsibilities include: **Product Analytics**: Instrument and report across Heap, Contentsquare, and Amplitude. Build dashboards that PM leadership and Product Marketing rely on for trade-off decisions and strategic planning. **Customer Feedback Loop**: Design and run the intake and synthesis pipeline for customer signal (feedback, tickets, sales input, usage data). Partner with Customer Success to translate raw signal into actionable roadmap input. **Roadmap Coordination**: Create visibility across teams on shipping status, blockers, and priorities. Facilitate planning cycles and business reviews with structured, decision-ready inputs. **Product Toolstack Governance**: Administer Productboard and Jira to maintain functional systems. Define governance that keeps data clean and workflows purposeful. **AI Automation**: Design and maintain internal AI agents using Dust to remove manual work from PM workflows (spec drafting, meeting synthesis, backlog triage, reporting). Enable Customer Success, Product Marketing, and Sales to self-serve off product data sources. The role sits at the intersection of operations, analytics, and product strategy, requiring someone who can build systems, synthesize data, and enable better decision-making across a global product organization.
