Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Operations Technical Specialist to ensure the reliability and mission readiness of its autonomous small unmanned aircraft systems (sUAS), including Ghost, Bolt, and Anvil platforms. These systems represent cutting-edge defense technology: Anvil is an autonomous interceptor for air defense, Bolt is a modular autonomous air vehicle for ISR and precision engagement, and Ghost is an expeditionary UAS for intelligence and force protection.
In this role, you will lead efforts to mitigate operational issues by resolving field failures, conducting root cause analysis, and managing fleet-wide incidents. You will triage and diagnose product incidents, drive postmortem actions, and provide status visibility through resolution using Linux command-line tools and system diagnostics. You will work to improve fleet observability and health telemetry across the organization, collecting and analyzing system failure data to identify trends and support proactive sustainment processes.
Key responsibilities include supporting Anduril's global customers through proactive communication and incident tracking, evaluating product capabilities by analyzing customer feedback, maintaining awareness of product specifications across all three platforms, and bridging technical and non-technical stakeholder understanding. You will communicate and coordinate efforts across multiple business, engineering, and sustainment functions to maximize capability availability for end users. Travel to customer sites and operational locations is required as needed.
You will combine technical expertise with problem-solving acumen to optimize system reliability and support advanced autonomous capabilities critical to national security. This is an individual contributor role focused on technical depth, customer support, and operational excellence in a fast-paced defense technology environment.
