Salary: USD 98,000 - 148,000 / annual
Anduril Industries is seeking a Product Operations Technical Specialist to join the Air Defense team, which develops and deploys advanced autonomous systems for air defense. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of Anduril's deployed air defense fleet, responsible for maintaining system health and performance across global deployments.
You will identify, triage, troubleshoot, and escalate incidents affecting deployed air defense assets, working to resolve issues quickly and effectively. You'll conduct root cause analysis on specific incidents and produce trend analyses of aggregated incident data to inform engineering teams and drive continuous improvement. Your data analysis and insights will support decision-making across mission operations, technical operations, deployment operations, and product engineering teams.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to sustain and modernize the deployed fleet through proactive hardware and software maintenance and upgrades, and executing project work to enhance the scalability of fleet sustainment processes and infrastructure.
You'll need 2+ years of experience in government, military, defense, consulting, or manufacturing sectors. A STEM degree and familiarity with Linux CLI are preferred. You must be a self-starter capable of communicating and coordinating across technical and non-technical functions, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. U.S. Secret security clearance eligibility is required, and willingness to work non-standard hours and weekends is expected.
