Kodiak Robotics is seeking a Product Operations Specialist to join its Mountain View headquarters. The role bridges Product/Engineering and Operations/Field teams, owning the optimization and scaling of product operations mechanisms for autonomous ground transportation.
Key responsibilities include:
• Process Design & Scalability: Partner with Program, Engineering, and Ops teams to design, document, and establish processes supporting operational scalability for autonomous vehicle technology.
• Feedback Loop Management: Own the bidirectional feedback loop between Field Operations and Product/Engineering, translating operational needs into actionable product and engineering requirements.
• Feature Deployment & Validation: Collaborate cross-functionally to rapidly test, validate, and deploy new product features in an operationally-intensive environment.
• Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as a bridge between Product, Engineering, Field Operations, and other teams to ensure alignment and smooth feature adoption.
• Operational Excellence: Drive attention to detail and timeliness in product deployment and operational workflows.
• Performance Monitoring: Define operational KPIs, monitor product performance in the field, and communicate insights and risks to stakeholders.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide clear, data-driven updates on product-related operational progress, risks, and mitigation plans to leadership.
• Adaptability: Operate effectively in undefined spaces subject to rapid and unexpected changes.
