BigPanda is seeking a Product Operations Manager to own launch readiness and tooling for its product organization. The company is building a next-generation, agentic model for software delivery where launches, releases, and cross-functional handoffs run on largely automated processes with careful human oversight where stakes are highest. In this role, you will work directly with product managers and go-to-market teams to execute every major launch, maintain accuracy across the full release stream, and design systems and workflows in Linear, DevRev, and AI tooling that accelerate roadmap execution with fewer manual touchpoints. The process is new, and you will have significant ownership in designing it. Key responsibilities include: **Launch and Release Execution:** Run tier 1 launches end-to-end, owning readiness from early access through general availability (plan, cross-functional checkpoints, go/no-go decision, date). Maintain the full release stream on process, ensuring minor releases and enhancements move through the same gates with systems tracking them. Own the launch calendar as the single source of truth for what ships and when, publishing readiness status to the organization on a regular cadence. Program-manage large go-to-market motions including SKO and Customer Advisory Board preparation. **KPI Management and Operational Analytics:** Help define and track product delivery KPIs, present them in relevant forums, and collaborate with stakeholders on identifying anomalies and building improvement and recovery plans. Collaborate with business operations teams across the organization to drive cross-organizational programs, alignment, and improvement initiatives. **Tooling and Automation:** Administer Linear and DevRev for the product organization (configuration, user management, data quality, vendor relationships). Build workflows connecting them. Design and ship automations, AI agents, and integrations that carry work between R&D, product management, and downstream teams. Treat every repeated manual step as a candidate for automation and measure the reduction. Maintain data trustworthiness so the organization can report from tools without cleanup. Success means tier 1 launches land on date with every readiness requirement met, all releases are visible in one place with leadership able to see status without asking, Linear and DevRev are trusted systems of record, and manual coordination decreases quarter over quarter as workflows move into automation. **Requirements:** - 4+ years in product operations, technical program management, or launch management at a SaaS company - Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - Demonstrated experience shipping automation that replaced a manual process using Claude or another LLM, no-code tools, webhooks, or scripts (ability to walk through examples) - Daily use of AI tools with current knowledge of their capabilities - Experience administering Linear, Jira, or comparable system of record - Ability to run cross-functional reviews with senior stakeholders and hold them to agenda and dates - Process-oriented mindset that questions whether processes should exist at all - Strong collaboration and communication skills with ability to influence without authority
