Loadsmart is a growth-stage logistics technology unicorn (valued over $1B) reinventing freight through innovative SaaS solutions. You'll join a small, collaborative product marketing team as a Product Marketing Specialist, owning go-to-market strategy, messaging, and positioning for OpenDock, one of the company's fastest-growing SaaS products. This is a high-impact moment: Loadsmart has recently launched a new AI offering, and you'll help shape how the company tells that story across products and brings it to life for customers.
You'll be the bridge between Product, Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, RevOps, and Design. Your responsibilities include:
**Go-to-Market & Strategy**: Plan and execute GTM campaigns for new OpenDock feature releases. Track work and report monthly results to leadership.
**Messaging & Positioning**: Develop differentiated positioning and messaging for each target audience. Build competitive battle cards, become an expert on customer buying behavior, and stay ahead as AI offerings evolve.
**Cross-Channel Consistency**: Maintain consistent messaging across the website, emails, and external review platforms (G2, Gartner). Edit materials to ensure alignment.
**Sales Enablement**: Create one-pagers, customizable materials, and product demos that help sales teams and customers understand feature value and use cases.
**Customer Proof & Reviews**: Manage the OpenDock review program on G2 and Gartner by coordinating with account managers. Plan customer win activation and develop case studies from discovery through Design collaboration.
**Events**: Support Chicago-based and broader event programs with messaging, content, and planning.
**Buyer Insights**: Conduct buyer interviews and market research to build robust buyer personas and inform product, sales, and marketing strategy.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Partner with Marketing on campaigns, RevOps on lead routing, and content teams on blogs and press releases.
You're results-driven, organized, and genuinely curious. You excel at translating complex features into clear, compelling stories for B2B audiences. You're comfortable asking questions and running with answers, and you thrive in collaborative environments where priorities shift.
