Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 / annual

You will be a data-driven Product Marketing Manager focused on the B2C travel portfolio. Your mission: increase attach rates, deepen member engagement, and expand average revenue per subscriber (ARPU) through high-impact cross-sell and upsell strategies. Sitting at the intersection of Product, Growth, Lifecycle, Creative, and Analytics, you will own positioning, messaging, packaging, and promotional strategy for new offerings. You'll ensure they are clearly differentiated, compelling, and seamlessly integrated into the member experience. You'll partner with Creative, Growth, and CRM teams to translate strategies into cohesive, multi-channel campaigns. This is a high-ownership role for someone who understands subscription economics, is comfortable navigating ambiguity, and knows how to drive incremental revenue while balancing long-term retention. Key responsibilities: - Develop positioning, campaign messaging, and creative briefs articulating the value of new products - Own product marketing strategy for targeted cross-sell and upsell campaigns, partnering with Integrated Marketing and channel owners to activate across in-app, email, paid, and owned channels - Partner with Lifecycle Marketing to design personalized journeys introducing add-ons at high-intent moments - Identify behavioral signals and segmentation strategies to optimize audience targeting, offer timing, messaging, and relevance - Design and execute experiments to increase conversion, ARPU, and member lifetime value, refining messaging, audiences, and offers based on learnings - Collaborate with Product on pricing, bundling, merchandising, and in-product placement strategies - Act as the Product Marketing lead, aligning Product, Partnerships, Growth, and Brand on campaign briefs, timelines, deliverables, and success metrics Success metrics include attach rate and add-on penetration, incremental ARPU and contribution to subscriber LTV, engagement and repeat usage of add-on products, and speed-to-market for new launches. Requirements: - 5+ years of experience in product marketing, growth marketing, or campaign strategy within subscription, DTC, consumer tech, fintech, travel, agency, or similar consumer services business - Experience driving cross-sell, upsell, bundling, or expansion revenue strategies through multi-channel campaigns - Strong cross-functional collaboration and project-management skills, managing multiple stakeholders, workstreams, and deadlines across Product, Analytics, Lifecycle, and Growth - Proven ability to translate product value into compelling member-facing narratives and campaign messaging - Comfortable operating with ambiguity, managing shifting priorities, and testing, iterating, and optimizing in a fast-moving environment
