Tennr is a healthtech company that automates the complex insurance referral and payment paperwork that delays patient care and provider revenue. The company uses proprietary models to handle the administrative burden that overwhelms healthcare providers, enabling them to focus on patient care. As Product Marketing Manager, you will own Tennr's go-to-market messaging and positioning across the business. You'll work closely with Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams to translate product capabilities into compelling narratives that resonate with healthcare buyers—both those new to Tennr and those evaluating multiple vendors. Key responsibilities include: - Positioning & Messaging: Execute Tennr's positioning and messaging strategy, developing high-impact narratives that cut through competitive noise and land with target audiences. - Product Launches: Lead launches for new products and features in partnership with the Product team, building deep understanding of product value and communicating it effectively. - Audience Understanding: Become the internal expert on target audiences—what they care about, how they buy, and how to speak to them. - Sales Enablement: Create key sales assets (one-pagers, decks, battlecards) and train the Sales team to leverage them for growth. - Competitive Intelligence: Monitor the competitive landscape and develop guidance on how Tennr competes and differentiates. You'll move fluidly between strategic positioning work and sentence-level writing. You own projects end-to-end and thrive in a fast-moving environment with multiple stakeholders. The role is based in Hudson Square (345 Hudson Street) with an expectation of 4 days/week in office. REQUIREMENTS: - 3–5 years of product marketing experience or equivalent GTM role experience, ideally at a fast-growing B2B SaaS company - Strong writing skills with specific examples of short-form and long-form content you've created; ability to explain the thinking behind your work - High agency and results-oriented mindset; ability to drive projects from planning to completion with limited oversight - Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a startup environment - Cross-functional credibility with demonstrated examples of influencing Sales and/or Product teams based on your input - Low ego, high energy; willingness to admit mistakes and work to fix them A PLUS: Healthcare or healthtech industry experience; experience building AI automations to support product marketing responsibilities.
