Strella is an AI-powered research platform that conducts AI-moderated interviews at scale and synthesizes data into actionable insights. Insights, research, marketing, and strategy teams at brands like Duolingo, J. Crew, and DraftKings use Strella to obtain deep answers in days rather than weeks.
You will own how Strella packages, positions, and launches its offerings. You'll translate the platform and research services into clear, buyer-ready offerings and report to the marketing lead while collaborating closely with founders, sales, and research teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Package platform and services into compelling offerings with defined audiences, outcomes, and scope
- Develop positioning and messaging grounded in real customer insights and execute consistently across website, sales materials, campaigns, and product
- Own go-to-market strategy and execution for new products, features, and offerings from positioning through adoption
- Equip sales with narratives, decks, proof points, case studies, and competitive context for enterprise conversations
- Own competitive intelligence and positioning to articulate Strella's differentiation
- Stay close to customers and market to understand evolving needs and translate insights into recommendations for Product, Sales, and Marketing
- Drive adoption and expansion through lifecycle marketing including release communications, newsletters, product education, and targeted campaigns
- Measure effectiveness across launches, messaging, and adoption efforts, refining approach continuously
You thrive as a single owner of key workstreams, can zoom between high-level positioning and launch details, and are a strong organizer who communicates priorities clearly. You write well, tell compelling stories, and can work directly with founders on high-visibility initiatives.
Bonus experience includes marketing to insights or market research buyers, or packaging services offerings.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in SaaS or at a startup
- Strong writing and storytelling ability
- Comfort taking ownership of key workstreams
- Ability to balance strategic positioning with tactical launch execution
- Strong organizational and communication skills
