Oversee is a fast-growing B2B SaaS company reimagining corporate travel management through advanced technology and machine learning. The company is the global leader in air and hotel reshopping solutions and provides AgentSee, an AI-powered productivity tool for Travel Management Companies (TMCs) that automates manual tasks and improves service quality. With exponential YoY revenue growth and partnerships with Fortune 500 companies, Oversee is solving a $17B global problem.
You will own product marketing end-to-end at Oversee. This is a function to build and own, not a queue of requests. You'll start with products that already work for a defined set of buyers and determine who else they serve through real market research, sharper ICP definition, and evidence-based product-market fit analysis.
Key responsibilities include:
**Messaging and Positioning:** Refine and build the positioning and messaging framework; own ICP, persona, and segment messaging per product across corporate, leisure, and partnerships; own product messaging across all markets and verticals; own the language that feeds every digital activity (website, campaigns, paid/organic, outbound sequences, product surfaces).
**Market and Competitive Insight:** Run standing competitive tracking across reshopping and agentic AI for travel operations; establish win/loss as a standing program; conduct buyer research to sharpen segment understanding; produce market research with segment fit recommendations.
**Product Content and Copy:** Write product-specific content including product pages, one-pagers, launch material, product-led blog content, and technical explainers; write and edit campaign copy in partnership with Growth Marketing; maintain content cadence and strategy; onboard new reps on positioning; sit in on sales calls regularly to close the loop on what works.
**Launches and GTM:** Build and run a repeatable, tiered launch process end-to-end; coordinate cross-functionally for cohesive launches; run post-launch measurement and retrospectives.
You'll report to the Marketing Director with direct access to product, sales, and the executive team.
**Requirements:**
- 7+ years in product marketing in B2B SaaS, travel technology, or comparable technical B2B environment
- Track record of owning positioning and messaging end-to-end, including the research behind it
- Strong writer capable of producing product pages, battlecards, launch material, and technical explainers independently
- AI-native: use AI tools daily as part of your work process (must-have)
- Comfortable in category-creation motions with no established playbook
- Experience working directly with sales: sitting on calls, building materials reps use, closing the loop on effectiveness
- Ability to translate technical products into value propositions legible to commercial buyers
- Self-directed; can take a broad remit, sequence it, and ship without close management
- Native English speaker, based in the UK
- Strong plus: experience marketing to travel agencies, TMCs, OTAs, tour operators, or AI/agentic products
