The role demands ownership, intensity, and a focus on making creative tools more powerful and accessible to everyone from casual users to Grammy winners. Requirements: - 6+ years of product management experience, including launching and growing a consumer product or creative tool - Firsthand experience creating videos and strong understanding of video creation tools and workflows - Excitement about generative video and thoughtful perspective on where AI can help creators without diminishing creative control - Ability to turn ambiguous opportunities into focused product strategy, make tradeoffs, and align teams - Proficiency using user feedback and data insights to understand what's working and prioritize what to build next - Strong analytical thinking and ability to connect valuable creator experiences to sustainable business models - Clear, proactive partnership skills with Engineering, Design, and other teams in a fast-moving environment
