As Product Manager, you will shape Ema's product direction and strategy. Your responsibilities include defining product strategy and roadmap, conducting customer research and discovery to understand market needs, writing PRDs (Product Requirement Documents), and collaborating closely with engineering and design teams to ship features. You will analyze metrics and drive data-informed decisions to optimize product performance, and develop go-to-market strategy and launch planning for new capabilities.
You will own the full product lifecycle from conception through adoption, working cross-functionally to bring innovative AI capabilities to market. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to influence teams across engineering, design, sales, and customer success.
Required qualifications include 6-10 years of PM experience in SaaS or enterprise software, strong cross-functional leadership and communication abilities, demonstrated experience shipping multiple features end-to-end, data-driven decision-making and analytics proficiency, customer research and user empathy skills, and a BTech in Computer Science or related field from a top institute.
Preferred experience includes PM roles at high-growth SaaS companies (50-500 employees), experience with platform or API products, AI/ML product experience, enterprise sales support and GTM expertise, and analytics and A/B testing expertise.
