First Resonance is seeking a Product Manager focused on Supply Chain to lead the vision, strategy, and execution of supply chain and inventory management product capabilities. The company serves modern hardware manufacturers building rockets, autonomous vehicles, robotics, and clean energy technology—all facing significant supply chain bottlenecks, traceability challenges, and supplier complexity.
In this role, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for supply chain, procurement, inventory, and traceability modules. Key responsibilities include defining and championing the roadmap for supply chain capabilities (purchase order tracking, vendor management, inventory allocation, lot/serial traceability, BOM/MRP synchronization); partnering directly with supply chain directors, procurement leads, and manufacturing engineers to understand operational pain points; translating complex supply chain logic into technical specifications and functional prototypes; and working closely with engineering to build and ship features rapidly.
You will be hands-on in modern product development workflows, including building functional prototypes, running data queries, and occasionally contributing to the product codebase. You'll conduct field research and user acceptance testing with factory and supply chain teams to simplify legacy workflows, analyze user behavior and inventory metrics to validate hypotheses, and collaborate across engineering, design, customer success, and sales.
Required qualifications include 3+ years in Product Management, Supply Chain Operations, or Industrial Engineering with software development exposure. You need deep knowledge of manufacturing supply chain operations (procurement workflows, inventory/WMS logic, bill of materials, component traceability, vendor management), comfort with modern software concepts and APIs, proven ability to own features from research through launch, systems thinking for complex multi-party workflows, and excellent communication with both technical and operational stakeholders.
Desired qualifications include hands-on experience with hardware/manufacturing supply chain software (ERPs like NetSuite/SAP, MES, PLM, inventory systems), practical coding experience (Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, SQL), experience with AI-assisted tools for prototyping and analysis, and direct experience in advanced hardware manufacturing sectors (aerospace, defense, automotive, energy, robotics).
