Chainalysis is seeking a Senior Product Manager for its Hexagate security team in Tel Aviv. Hexagate builds cybersecurity products protecting on-chain and web3 assets, combining ML-driven threat intelligence, custom detections, and LLM-powered rules engines. The platform is critical infrastructure used by major exchanges, banks, and institutions to detect and respond to threats in real time across multiple blockchains.
You will own the product end-to-end: strategy, roadmap, and execution with real decision-making authority. Key responsibilities include solving hard technical problems around real-time monitoring across chains, building opinionated detection capabilities customers can trust, and turning agent/LLM capabilities into user-configurable security products. You'll spend significant time with enterprise customers—including major crypto and traditional finance players—shaping the product roadmap. You'll drive prioritization and alignment across engineering, research, and go-to-market teams.
Required qualifications: proven track record owning technical or infrastructure products end-to-end with ability to go deep with engineers. Deep fluency in web3/on-chain fundamentals (smart contracts, wallets, exchanges, attack vectors). Strong grounding in cybersecurity products (detection/response, monitoring, threat intelligence) and how security teams buy and operate. Ability to handle complex, high-stakes situations—driving internal alignment and holding your own with demanding enterprise customers. Sharp judgment on prioritization and trade-offs under uncertainty.
Nice-to-have: experience building agentic/LLM-powered products, background as security practitioner/auditor/on-chain builder, experience with enterprise or regulated buyers (banks, TradFi, exchanges).
Characteristics: small, senior team with high ownership and close customer proximity. Startup pace backed by the world's leading blockchain intelligence company. AI fluency is core to how performance is measured and success is defined—expectation is active ownership of AI capabilities and continuous experimentation.
