Factory is building the platform for self-improving software development, helping enterprise engineering teams turn their organizations into autonomous software factories. Customers include Nvidia, Blackstone, RBC, Palo Alto Networks, Adobe, and T-Mobile. The company raised $200M at a $5B valuation in 2026, with total funding exceeding $400M, backed by Khosla Ventures, Sequoia, Blackstone, and operators like Ali Ghodsi (Databricks CEO) and Frank Slootman (former Snowflake CEO).
As Product Manager for Scale, you will own how the Factory platform supports end-to-end software development at the world's largest companies. The role focuses on helping CIOs and CTOs govern AI proliferation, control costs, and measure token ROI in the context of AI-powered software engineering. This goes beyond basic compliance features (RBAC, audit logs) to building capabilities and visibility that admins, executives, and end-users need to trust and operate Factory efficiently. You'll help customers codify organizational knowledge, rules, and best practices to raise the bar for software quality across their enterprises.
Key responsibilities include owning the Enterprise NDR metric to ensure customer retention and growth, prioritizing features across multiple engineering pods, collaborating with Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Deployment teams to incorporate field feedback, and working directly with customers to provide the right primitives for building and governing their software factory. You'll work directly with C-suite executives at the largest companies and ship improvements to the product. The role is central to defining how Product functions in a software factory-driven organization—a pattern Factory intends to pioneer and distribute across its customer base and the broader industry.
The product function at Factory emphasizes high-leverage, high-ownership, hands-on work. You'll own roadmaps for multiple major product areas, partner closely with customers and data to understand pain points and translate them into improvements, work with engineering and research to ship features keeping Factory at the frontier of AI-powered development, and build frameworks and processes that scale as the product team grows.

- Experience working closely with executive buyers at large organizations
- Strong technical foundation with experience partnering closely with engineering teams to design, build, and ship complex technical products
- Proven ability to drive product launches from concept through release, with evidence of meaningful user adoption or commercial impact
- Actively engaged with the AI ecosystem, staying current on coding agents, model capabilities, and emerging industry trends through hands-on experimentation
- Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-ambiguity environments and take ownership end-to-end
