Kaseya is seeking a strategic Product Manager to join the Business Information Systems (BIS) team, driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of enterprise capabilities supporting the Product Business Systems (PBS). This newly formed, fast-growing team manages internal systems that support Kaseya's Product organization, with a focus on two main areas: business systems products and pricing, and software provisioning, usage, and overage.
The role spans both Kaseya's current operating environment and its future-state transformation. PBS capabilities are supported across Salesforce, NetSuite, integrations, and Kaseya products including Kaseya One. As Kaseya advances its transformation, this role will guide the transition to a more scalable future-state architecture anchored by Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced (RCA), Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Oracle ERP, and related boundary applications.
Key responsibilities include:
**Product Ownership & Strategy:** Define and manage the product roadmap for Product and Pricing, Fulfillment & Provisioning capabilities. Serve as the PBS subject matter expert across current and future-state systems. Partner with Finance, Billing Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, Product, Engineering, Architecture, Security, and IT stakeholders. Prioritize PBS investments to align with corporate strategy, revenue operations priorities, and finance transformation goals. Balance legacy-system investment with future-state transformation. Help mature the PBS operating model by simplifying processes, clarifying ownership, and strengthening governance.
**Lead-to-Cash Lifecycle Execution:** Lead requirements definition and solution alignment across the Lead-to-Cash (L2C) lifecycle, focusing on product and pricing setup, order fulfillment and provisioning, entitlements, and usage and overage capture. Translate complex business processes into clear system requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Ensure product, pricing, order, entitlement, provisioning, and usage data flows are consistent and aligned across integrated systems. Partner with technical teams to support integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, Kaseya One, and other products.
**Agile Delivery:** Own and manage the product backlog; write clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. Lead sprint planning, backlog refinement, discovery sessions, solution reviews, and Agile ceremonies. Ensure timely delivery of features aligned to business goals, release milestones, and operational adoption needs. Partner with Scrum Masters, Engineering Leads, QA, and Release/PMO teams to remove blockers and drive execution. Manage delivery across both business-as-usual (BAU) and NextGen (future-state transformation) workstreams.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with technical leads, engineers, QA, enterprise architecture, fulfillment operations, finance operations, and customer support teams. Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams, translating operational pain points into system requirements. Drive alignment across upstream and downstream teams. Facilitate issue resolution across complex, integrated workflows.
**Governance, Risk & Compliance:** Ensure solutions meet applicable compliance standards, including internal controls, data privacy, and security requirements. Partner with governance, architecture, security, integration, and release management teams. Ensure changes include clear documentation, approved requirements, defined business rules, and test coverage.
**Continuous Improvement:** Monitor system performance, user adoption, data quality, and defect trends. Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve efficiency, billing accuracy, customer fulfillment, and operational scalability. Stay current on industry trends and best practices in subscription management.
**Requirements:**

- Proven expertise in Lead-to-Cash, Quote-to-Cash, or subscription lifecycle processes
- Hands-on experience with software license provisioning and entitlement management, including integrations built on platforms such as MuleSoft or Boomi
