The company is part of Lithic, a Series C fintech backed by Bessemer Venture Partners, Index Ventures, Spark Capital, Stripes, and Mastercard, with 170+ employees across 26 states and 7 countries. As Product Manager for Privacy, you will report to the Product Lead and own a core product surface end-to-end, including its year-long roadmap and strategy. You'll partner closely with an engineering manager, engineering lead, product designer, and cross-functional leads across risk, payments, disputes, compliance, business operations, and support. Key responsibilities include: - Own the roadmap and strategy for a core product surface; frame problems into testable bets with clear outcomes - Act as the default decision-maker for your surface and make cross-area trade-offs - Drive decisions with data and deep customer and business understanding - Own metrics that roll directly into financial and business outcomes; reason in contribution-margin and unit-economics terms - Lead an engineering squad as its product manager and influence cross-functional teams to prioritize toward your roadmap - Build dashboards and success metrics that other teams adopt - Mentor other PMs and raise the team's craft bar - Turn recurring decisions into playbooks and push for configurable systems and AI/tooling patterns This is a hands-on role where you'll write specs, pull data for decisions, stay close to customers, and sit in planning with your engineering squad. You'll be self-sufficient with data day-to-day and partner with an analyst on deeper dives. The product team is small, senior, and moves fast, with a short path to the CEO and real customers. REQUIREMENTS: - Demonstrated ownership of a product area (or multiple connected areas) end-to-end with strategy-setting, not just roadmap execution - Strong judgment under ambiguity: ability to pick the right problems, make defensible calls, and know when to walk away - Fluency in unit economics and how product decisions move the P&L - Ability to find levers in performance data and turn them into clear stories for non-technical audiences - Fluency with AI-assisted tools and actively building with them to multiply output - Ability to ramp quickly across unfamiliar domains and reach real depth quickly - Consumer or D2C product experience; consumer fintech or payments experience is a strong plus but not required - Ability to operate autonomously with strong communication skills, ruthless about scope without sacrificing quality, and humble
