Key responsibilities include:
- Combining user research, product data, market signals, and regulatory insight to validate problems before and during delivery

REQUIREMENTS:
- 3+ years as a Product Manager in payments, banking, or fintech
- Proven track record shipping products from scratch and scaling live products through their scaling phase
- Deep experience with at least one payment rail (card issuing, SEPA transfers, or account-to-account) and understanding of mechanics (authorization and settlement, scheme flows, chargebacks and disputes)
- Strong grasp of payment economics (interchange and scheme fees, provider costs, fraud losses) and ability to build business cases and read performance data independently
- Ability to design great experiences within regulatory constraints (PSD2, SCA, AML) and treat Compliance, Legal, and Fraud as partners
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, BI, Finance, Compliance)
- Professional fluency in English (Italian not required)
