Adyen is a global financial technology platform providing payments, data, and financial products for enterprise customers including Meta, Uber, H&M, and Microsoft. The Global Payments team is responsible for the core payments engine, evolving the product for payments acceptance across APAC, optimizing payment performance, and adding new payment features for various use cases. As a Product Manager on this team, you will identify and scope new product opportunities, lead product development from conception through launch and post-launch success. You will own core payment product features delivered to Adyen merchants, working closely with Engineering, Partnerships, Implementation Engineers, Compliance, Support, and Commercial teams across Singapore and globally. Key responsibilities include: championing merchant success by delivering seamless, impactful experiences; owning your product end-to-end from vision and strategy through roadmap, delivery, adoption, and iteration with clear accountability tied to measurable business outcomes (revenue, cost savings, adoption); driving outcomes rather than just shipping features, focusing on impact and behavioral change; embracing long-term vision while executing near-term goals, working backward from compelling success scenarios 2-3 years out; prioritizing with purpose and making tough calls while clearly articulating trade-offs; making decisive, high-quality choices quickly with informed decision-making; and measuring impact by understanding product financial health including revenue, cost, and adoption drivers. The role emphasizes delivering true customer value rather than acting as a feature factory, solving root problems to enable support team scaling, maintaining focus on customer value over technical implementation details, and avoiding fragmented ownership. You will work in a collaborative environment that values speed, decisiveness, and learning from mistakes as progress.
