Salary: USD 142,000 - 196,000 / annual
Okta is seeking a Product Manager to own key product areas within Okta Device Access (ODA), a unified access management platform that secures identity across devices and applications. In this role, you will define and execute the roadmap for the Device Access Experience & Lifecycle, focusing on the administrator experience for managing fleets of Windows and macOS endpoints. You will drive the end-to-end Okta-joined administrator experience, from device enrollment and provisioning through support troubleshooting to device lifecycle management.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with engineering, design, and research teams to define user stories and use cases; conducting customer research to identify pain points and inform product decisions; engaging directly with enterprise customers to understand their challenges; defining product requirements including features, UX, and technical specifications; leveraging product data to improve existing offerings and drive adoption; and working with Product Marketing to articulate competitive differentiation.
You will work closely with senior product leaders, engineering, and design teams to evolve ODA and meet customer and business needs. The role requires a strong technical background and experience managing complex enterprise products. Preferred qualifications include familiarity with Okta's technology stack, MDM administrator experiences, knowledge of competitive MDM platforms (Intune, Omnissa, etc.), and understanding of the device access management competitive landscape.
