You will join Lion Studios as a Product Manager, reporting to the Senior Product Manager. You'll be assigned to one of two puzzle subpods—Word or Sort—based on your background and strengths during the interview process. In this role, you will own the product roadmap and day-to-day decisions for live puzzle games, aligned with subpod strategy. You'll run live operations processes, planning and executing events, updates, and promotions that drive revenue and player satisfaction. You'll support the subpod's growth strategy through cross-functional collaboration with marketing and design teams, and actively shape monetization strategy and long-term product vision for upcoming puzzle titles in development. You'll track market and genre trends, translating them into concrete recommendations to keep games competitive and revenues growing. You'll also help build a team culture where learnings are shared openly, ideas are challenged constructively, and everyone owns their outcomes. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in product management on live mobile games or equivalent - Strong communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work effectively across disciplines and distributed teams - Deep familiarity with game analytics and mobile game KPIs - Understanding of live game operations, marketing, and event strategies - Experience setting up and working with long-term production pipelines, including design production processes - Hands-on experience taking a new game from development to global launch is a strong plus
