Zynga, a global leader in interactive entertainment and label of Take-Two Interactive, is seeking an experienced Product Manager II to join its Bengaluru team. The company creates games downloaded over 6 billion times across 175+ countries, with a portfolio including FarmVille, Words With Friends, Zynga Poker, Game of Thrones Slots Casino, Toon Blast, Empires & Puzzles, and many others. In this role, you will own the full product/game lifecycle from specification writing through launch of core features in existing and new games. You'll work across multi-disciplinary teams including design, art, and engineering to deliver experiences that delight players while driving business value. Key responsibilities include: - Formulating product strategy and presenting clear, measurable objectives aligned with business goals - Conducting in-depth data analysis to inform business cases and demonstrate impact on key product metrics - Running prioritization exercises balancing customer experience, technical constraints, and business drivers - Developing deep understanding of user problems, needs, and desires - Creating wireframes, product specifications, and strategic documents - Presenting work to executive leadership - Driving cross-cultural collaboration across diverse teams You will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment where you can innovate and execute on initiatives that raise the bar for innovation, usability, and design. REQUIREMENTS: - 4+ years of product management experience in consumer/mobile or game development (preferred but not required) - Demonstrated track record of making product teams successful with focus on outcomes - Ability to communicate across diverse cultures, languages, work styles, and personalities - Strong project management skills and ability to present to executive staff - Extraordinary data analysis skills with experience in multivariate testing and experimentation - Ability to create wireframes, product specifications, and white papers - Strong passion for games and creating fun, compelling, addictive user experiences - Outstanding written and oral communication, organizational, and analytical abilities with attention to detail - Self-starter mentality, strong teammate, and driven approach - Previous startup, social networking, and/or consulting experience is a strong plus
