Wolt is a global delivery platform operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries. In 2022, Wolt joined forces with DoorDash, and together they continue to expand globally. The company is now building delivery of almost everything, from restaurant food to grocery and retail goods. You'll join the Core Consumer organisation's Homepage team, which owns one of the most critical surfaces in the app—the discovery experience that millions of customers see every time they open DoorDash, Wolt, or Deliveroo. This team operates at the intersection of ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML, deciding what each customer sees and why across three brands and dozens of markets. Your role will span both global platform problems that apply worldwide and EMEA-specific challenges worth solving properly. You'll work on a global stack and help shape how customers discover restaurants, grocery and retail venues, dishes, and products—while defining what discovery looks like as AI-driven and agentic experiences evolve. Day-to-day responsibilities include: - Building end-to-end features and user experiences on Homepage that shape customer discovery - Working on ranking, personalisation, and AI/ML problems in the Homepage domain - Exploring how AI-driven and agentic experiences change customer discovery behavior - Making discovery work across three brands and many markets without flattening into one-size-fits-all solutions - Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders across engineering, data, and business teams This is a high-impact role on one of the most-used surfaces in the app, requiring someone who can think strategically while shipping incrementally, and who can navigate ambiguity as the industry evolves rapidly. Requirements: - Proven experience as a Product Manager on consumer-facing products, with particular strength in discovery, homepage, feed, or ranking-driven experiences - Strong product judgment and ability to identify customer problems that matter most - Ability to work backwards from customer problems and weigh them against business needs - Comfort holding multiple business objectives simultaneously and making trade-off decisions - Strong stakeholder management skills; ability to build trust across teams with different priorities - Strategic thinking with ability to move between long-term direction and near-term shipping priorities - Comfort with ambiguity and genuine flexibility as the industry and AI landscape evolve - Curiosity about AI's real customer value versus hype
