- Making money movement more reliable and scalable, from premium payments and reimbursements to card transactions and banking integrations
- Improving the economics of how funds are held and moved, including treasury management, yield optimization, and transaction cost reduction
- Evaluating opportunities in card issuing, credit, and other financial products, making thoughtful decisions about what to build versus partner on

- Experience building in regulated environments where reliability, accuracy, and compliance are critical
- Strong product judgment and financial instincts; ability to understand business impact of technical decisions and navigate trade-offs
- Track record of owning complex products end-to-end, bringing clarity to ambiguity, and delivering meaningful results
EXPERIENCE THAT STANDS OUT:
- Building double-entry ledgers, reconciliation systems, or other core financial infrastructure
- Working with FBO or omnibus accounts, sponsor banks, or banking-as-a-service platforms
- Launching card issuing, credit, or lending products
- Improving treasury operations, float management, or payment economics
