Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 / annual

Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology. The Electromagnetic Warfare (EW) business line builds next-generation hardware-enabled, software-defined systems that are fielded, operational, and scaling rapidly. The team operates at an accelerated tempo: delivering novel system configurations into active operations in days, not months, and securing major contract awards in under 24 hours. You will serve as Product Manager for the EW business line, acting as a liaison between Development, Growth, and Manufacturing teams to bridge gaps between market demand, profitability, and factory operations. This is a high-ownership role requiring meticulous attention to detail and a passion to win in a fast-moving environment. Key responsibilities include: - Partner with the Product Architect to own product vision, roadmap, and commercialization strategy for an EW family of systems - Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and ensure alignment between system capabilities and mission objectives in complex operational scenarios - Champion the New Product Introduction (NPI) process for emerging core products, variants, and accessories - Plan, direct, and measure seamless execution of the product development process from NPI through manufacturing readiness, full rate production, and sustainment - Co-Chair the product Change Control Board (CCB) with Configuration Management for production sustainment - Leverage inputs from market, growth, customer, reliability, automation, manufacturing, and scalability sources to drive product-level decisions with high visibility and business impact - Ensure effective communication with key stakeholders across the product development lifecycle REQUIREMENTS: - Bachelor's degree in STEM or equivalent experience in a complementary field - 5+ years in product or program management, emphasizing technical product ownership - Experience managing NPI transition through full rate production, including development gates and reviews - Experience supporting design and execution for advanced, combined hardware/software systems - Experience across both commercial product and defense industries - Proven ability to decompose and organize technically complex projects in a structured approach - Aptitude for working with internal and external stakeholders across a wide range of technical comfort levels - Must be a U.S. Person due to required access to U.S. export-controlled information or facilities PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Ability to obtain and hold a U.S. Secret Clearance or active U.S. Secret/Top-Secret security clearance - Experience with global product lines in advanced technologies - Experience with AS9100 quality management systems - Experience with various MIL-STD testing and associated requirements - Experience in business case proposals and contract negotiations
