Salary: EUR 50,000 - 70,000 / annual

As Product Manager - Credit, you will own the Credit business line within the Features & Payment domain, with a focus on Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) and innovative credit solutions. Key responsibilities include: • New Business Line Leadership: Drive strategy and execution for BNPL products, taking features from 0 to 1 and managing their scaling phase. • Consumer-Facing Experience: Focus on UX and customer-facing aspects of credit products, ensuring complex financial tools are intuitive, transparent, and seamlessly integrated into the Satispay platform. • Cross-functional Alignment: Act as strategic orchestrator across Finance, Marketing, Data Science, and Fincrime/Fraud teams to align priorities around shared product vision. • Product Definition & Documentation: Write clear user stories and requirements for Engineering, aligning frontend experiences with backend logic such as credit scoring and collection. • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze product usage and performance metrics to optimize credit features and uncover new market opportunities. • Process Evangelism & Mentorship: Advocate for thorough documentation and efficient workflows to help the team anticipate obstacles and ensure smooth product delivery. The role requires someone with resilience to build a new business pillar and a problem-solving mindset focused on team-driven success. REQUIREMENTS: • 3+ years as a Product Manager specifically within the Credit domain • Proven experience launching products from scratch and scaling them through growth phases • Strong understanding of credit scoring, collection management, and overall financial mechanics • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, BI, Finance) • Professional fluency in English The company offers hybrid working (3 days per week in-office: Tuesday, Thursday, plus 1 day of choice), unlimited PTO, private health insurance, stock options, meal vouchers, professional development programs, and enhanced parental leave.
