A unique requirement: you must be proficient in AI-assisted development tools like Cursor or Claude Code, able to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes or small code changes—not just write specifications. Strong judgment in both strategic and tactical decisions, excellent communication skills, and fluency in English are essential. Experience in remote work environments is a bonus.
