Jitterbit is seeking a Product Manager to lead the vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution for the Connectors portfolio within the Harmony integration platform. This foundational capability includes pre-built connectors for SaaS applications (Salesforce, NetSuite), databases, data sources, and protocols (REST, SOAP, GraphQL, JDBC, HTTP, FTP). You may also support adjacent Harmony applications and shared platform capabilities based on business priorities. You will monitor connector usage, quality, customer feedback, and support trends to guide investment decisions. Collaboration is central to the role: you'll work with UX Designers on consistent user experiences, participate in agile sprint planning and backlog refinement, and partner with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, Documentation, Support, and Customer Success on launches and enablement. You will conduct market, technology, and competitive research to identify emerging integration patterns and portfolio gaps, engage with customers, partners, and developers to prioritize high-value applications and capabilities, and present strategy and roadmap to internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and executives. The team is globally distributed, remote-first, and fast-paced. You will collaborate with internal development teams, offshore teams, and external development partners.
