SingleStore is seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the strategic direction of its cloud data platform, a distributed SQL database powering real-time analytics and AI workloads for enterprise customers globally. This is a high-impact individual contributor role where you will shape the product roadmap for core cloud platform capabilities including infrastructure, reliability, scalability, security, and developer experience.
You will define and execute the vision for SingleStore's cloud services, translating customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights into clear product strategy. Key responsibilities include identifying opportunities to improve platform capabilities, partnering with engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact features, and working cross-functionally with GTM, support, operations, and professional services to ensure successful adoption.
You'll engage directly with enterprise customers and ecosystem partners to gather feedback, validate priorities, and influence long-term product direction. You'll also define success metrics and use data-driven decision-making to evaluate outcomes and prioritize investments across the platform.
Required experience includes 10+ years in product management with exposure to cloud platforms or enterprise SaaS products. You need strong technical understanding of distributed systems, databases, cloud infrastructure, or developer platforms, plus proven ability to build products for enterprise customers at scale and execute complex roadmaps across cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills and comfort operating in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities are essential.
Preferred qualifications include experience with databases, data infrastructure, or real-time analytics platforms; familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP; experience with SaaS operations, observability, or reliability; working knowledge of SQL and/or Python; and an MBA or advanced degree in a technical field.
