Fluidstack is building civilization-scale AI compute infrastructure, acquiring power, designing and operating data centers at massive scale. The Business Operations team transforms operational complexity into structured, usable systems that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization. In this role, you'll own the product direction for the team's ontology and data products, including roadmap, priorities, and success metrics. You'll translate messy operational domains—contracts, vendors, workflows, financial operations—into shared data models and product surfaces that engineers can build against with confidence. Key responsibilities include: - Defining product direction and strategy for ontology and data products with clear rationale - Converting unstructured business operations domains into precise data models, specs, and product surfaces - Driving technical tradeoffs with engineers and shipping end-to-end from problem definition through launch - Running the stakeholder loop with business operations teams, validating products against real workflows - Defining and tracking metrics that demonstrate real operational leverage You'll work at the intersection of product, data, and operations, applying modern tooling (including LLM-era solutions) to eliminate manual work and reduce errors. The role requires comfort with ambiguity, strong technical reasoning, and the ability to prioritize ruthlessly under constraint. Fluidstack operates with extreme ownership, full autonomy, velocity, first-principles thinking, and a focus on the frontier of AI as the most interesting problem of our time.
