Remote is a global employment platform that helps organizations recruit, pay, and manage international teams compliantly. You'll join the Product team as a Billing Platform Product Manager, leading strategy for a key financial product area within the Fintech vertical.
As part of a triad of product managers in the billing team, you'll own end-to-end solutions for finance, billing, and financial services. Your responsibilities include building solutions that combine software and human-powered services, developing product roadmaps aligned with company strategy, and shipping improvements iteratively. You'll lead complex projects autonomously, manage internal expectations around prioritization, and serve as the subject matter expert for your product area.
Key responsibilities: Own the complete customer experience for billing solutions; develop and execute product strategy and roadmaps; break down strategic plans into achievable near and mid-term goals; align product work with department and company objectives; drive high-throughput delivery with strong ROI; collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional stakeholders; communicate asynchronously and transparently; contribute to scaling and growth initiatives; and develop deep expertise in complex financial and billing problems.
You'll need prior experience as a product manager in billing, invoicing, or similar domains at high-growth companies. A critical requirement is proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (Cursor, Claude Code, or similar)—you must be able to autonomously build, debug, and ship functional prototypes and small code changes, not just write specifications. You should demonstrate strong judgment in both strategic prioritization and tactical feature scoping, with a track record of driving measurable product improvements. Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments (finance, operations, sales) are essential, along with fluency in English. Remote experience is a bonus.
