Salary: USD 140,000 - 150,000 / annual
Zest AI is seeking a Product Manager to own the fraud prevention product line within our Model Management System for consumer lending. You will work closely with the Director of Product for Fraud to develop and execute strategic initiatives, manage the product roadmap, and drive the lifecycle of fraud prevention solutions from conception through launch and optimization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with engineering, data science, client engagement, legal/compliance, and sales teams to enhance fraud prevention offerings
- Developing deep domain expertise in fraud detection, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance within consumer finance
- Analyzing key performance metrics to demonstrate product value to clients and internal stakeholders
- Gathering requirements and feedback directly from clients and internal teams
- Partnering with sales and marketing to position fraud prevention products effectively in the market
- Creating and managing product roadmaps and OKRs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent)
- 2+ years of experience in a related occupation
- 1+ year of experience in each of the following: leading client interactions, SaaS, product development, product road mapping, and OKR creation
- Must have authority to work permanently in the U.S.
