Unframe is an AI-first startup backed by Bessemer, Craft, and TLV Partners with $100M in Series B funding. The company helps Fortune 500 enterprises deploy LLM-powered applications in days rather than months, combining product-company speed with consultancy flexibility.
In this hands-on Product Manager role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients throughout the entire solution lifecycle—from initial discovery through final deployment. You'll engage directly with enterprise customers to uncover core business challenges, design tailored AI solutions on Unframe's platform, and drive end-to-end delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting discovery sessions with enterprise clients to map workflows, uncover business challenges, and distinguish surface-level requests from fundamental operational needs
- Translating customer problems into structured solution plans; writing detailed specifications and defining prompt and context structures
- Collaborating with engineers and AI specialists to deliver solutions on schedule, managing tradeoffs across speed, stability, and scope
- Acting as the voice of enterprise operators and domain experts while identifying reusable product patterns for the platform team
- Maintaining client relationships and managing evolving requirements under real enterprise timelines
This is a builder-oriented role focused on creating customer-facing solutions rather than managing traditional roadmaps. You will define solution specifications for complex problems, write technical requirements, and deliver high-impact work in fast-paced, evolving environments.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience in product management or technical delivery roles, with proven track record working alongside engineering teams on complex, fast-paced technical products
- Hands-on AI fluency: direct experience building with LLMs, including writing prompt structures, defining context and output constraints, and managing model uncertainty in shipped products or working prototypes
- Proven experience leading consultative conversations with enterprise buyers and operators to surface unstated needs and translate them into clear solution scope
- Ability to start from raw business problems without existing features for reference, defining how AI solutions should function and writing precise specs for build teams
- Experience shipping AI-powered features under tight timelines, managing evolving requirements, and documenting strategic tradeoffs
- Strong written communication, systems thinking, high attention to detail, fluent English (written and verbal), and ability to navigate multi-faceted projects
- Builder orientation driven by creating customer-facing solutions
