As a Product Manager at Regal, you will own a core product surface end-to-end, including roadmap, execution, and success metrics. You'll report to the VP of Product and partner closely with engineering and design to move initiatives from customer discovery through launch and iteration. The role involves developing deep customer understanding by going deep with customers to understand their pain points and needs, then translating those insights into crisp product bets. You'll ship polished product experiences on a weekly cadence while maintaining high quality standards.
Key responsibilities include owning your team's product roadmap and execution with clear success metrics, developing deep understanding of customer use cases and pain points, shipping intuitive experiences that make Regal accessible and trustworthy, leading initiatives end-to-end from discovery through measurement, driving adoption and impact cross-functionally, and raising the bar for execution and culture across the product organization.
You should have 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally owning a key surface area at a prior company. You need deep familiarity with AI-driven product development, proficiency with tools like Claude Code and Cursor, and a strong customer instinct. Technical savvy is important—you should be comfortable with developer-facing products and willing to get into technical execution details. You operate with strong conviction, lead with high agency, and move fast under ambiguity. You're deeply curious, seek truth in product decisions, and communicate clearly across engineering, design, customers, and executives. Early-stage startup experience is preferred but not required.
