Pelico is a manufacturing orchestration platform trusted by aerospace and industrial leaders including Airbus, Boeing, Safran, Eaton, and Cartier. Founded in 2019 and backed by General Catalyst, 83North, and Serena, the company has raised $72M and is growing 300% year-over-year. Headquartered in Paris with offices in Miami, London, and Amsterdam, Pelico uses AI to connect fragmented supply chain, production, and quality data into a single operational picture, helping manufacturers anticipate disruptions and keep teams aligned.
As Product Manager – Solutions, you will sit at the intersection of customer discovery, product strategy, AI-first workflows, and go-to-market readiness. Your mission is to identify high-value operational problems across customers, translate them into scalable, AI-native products, and work cross-functionally to bring them to market.
Key responsibilities include:
• Product Strategy: Define customer problems, users, and operational moments where Pelico creates measurable value. Distinguish customer-specific requests from scalable product opportunities. Help define success metrics around operational impact, adoption, time saved, and commercial repeatability.
• Product Execution: Collaborate with Engineering, Data, Operations Research, Customer Operations, and Sales to translate messy operational pain points into clear product capabilities and workflows. Design flows combining human expertise, optimization, rules, alerts, and automation. Convert learnings into reusable product requirements that strengthen core product rather than creating one-off builds.
• Customer Discovery & Design Partners: Work directly with enterprise customers to map workflows, constraints, and KPIs. Shape pilots into scalable deployments rather than delivery projects.
• Go-to-Market Readiness: Build product narratives, demo flows, and proof points with Sales and Customer Success. Turn pilot learnings into reusable GTM assets.
• Outcome Ownership: Anchor decisions in measurable outcomes—operational efficiency, faster risk detection, planning quality, throughput, execution reliability, and strong customer adoption.
• AI as Enabler: Identify where AI agents, copilots, recommendations, and automation can meaningfully remove manual work or support better decisions. Help define how users interact with AI (proactive suggestions, explainable outputs, human-in-the-loop approval).
Requirements:
• 4+ years in product management in Enterprise B2B SaaS, with experience turning complex customer problems into product capabilities or product lines
• Good understanding of how AI—agents, copilots, recommendations, and automation—can augment experts, automate repetitive work, and orchestrate decisions across complex enterprise operations
• Ability to learn complex operational environments quickly, map workflows, understand KPIs, and identify high-value product opportunities
• Some experience with products or solutions for large enterprise customers, with understanding of adoption, change management, safety, explainability, and deployment constraints
• Ability to separate bespoke customer requests from repeatable product opportunities and convert discovery into reusable modules, workflows, and requirements
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers, data scientists, AI/ML teams, and operations researchers. Able to discuss data flows, system constraints, AI behavior, workflow automation, and integration requirements
• Demonstrated ability to work across Product, Engineering, Customer Operations, Sales, and stakeholders
• Data-driven approach to prioritization, able to balance ambitious innovation with pragmatic enterprise deployment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to articulate complex operational and AI concepts to engineers, customer users, and GTM teams
• Genuine interest in supply chain, manufacturing, aerospace, MRO, operations research, planning, or industrial software
Nice to have:
• Experience contributing to AI-powered B2B products, copilots, agents, intelligent automation, decision-support tools, or workflow orchestration products
• Experience in supply chain, manufacturing, aerospace, MRO, quality, planning, procurement, logistics, or operational execution software
• Familiarity with LLM-based workflows, RAG, tool use, prompt design, evaluation, AI observability, or human-in-the-loop patterns
• Exposure to operations research, optimization, simulation, constraint programming, or planning systems
• Experience partnering with Sales and Customer Success to create product narratives, demo flows, and customer proof points
