Houzz is seeking a Product Manager to join the Houzz Pro team, an all-in-one business management platform serving home industry professionals. You will own key product areas end-to-end, translating complex operational workflows into intuitive experiences that help Pros win projects, collaborate with clients and teams, and run profitable businesses.
In this role, you will develop product strategy and roadmaps for your area, moving from discovery through launch and iteration. You'll design real-world workflows that address how professionals actually operate their businesses, ensuring solutions are practical and scalable. You will lead cross-functionally with other Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Sales, and Support teams to deliver a connected platform experience.
Key responsibilities include writing clear PRDs, managing backlogs, and planning feature releases that drive Pro efficiency and retention. You'll define and track core performance metrics in collaboration with the Data Science team, using quantitative insights to optimize user journeys and system performance. You'll partner directly with Product Design and Pros themselves to transform complex, multi-step processes into intuitive experiences.
The role requires comfort with flexible hours to collaborate effectively with global development teams and international customers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 3–5 years of Product Management experience owning complex, multi-step B2B SaaS workflows
- Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Data, Sales, Support) to drive complex initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to leverage quantitative data and product analytics to optimize user journeys and system performance
- Willingness to work flexible hours for global collaboration
IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience building business management software for SMBs (CRM, project management, financial, operations tools)
- Familiarity with home construction, remodeling, design, or trade business operations
